Orders under £100 are posted via Royal Mail, orders over £100 will be sent Royal Mail Tracked. We aim to send all orders within 5 working days, tracking information will be provided once items have been dispatched. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend your order. Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct and secure, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details or for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Your items will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

Returns Policy

We can only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or broken, please email within 7 days of receipt of your item, along with a photo of the transit damage so a refund or replacement can be arranged. If you require an exchange due to a change of mind, you are responsible for postage costs incurred for returns and dispatch of new items. Hello Ditto is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so we encourage you to pack the items sturdily and ship via a trusted carrier. Goods must be received within 14 days of return approval to be eligible for refund or replacement. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Collection in Person

Those who would like to pickup orders in person can select 'Collection in Person' on checkout. Pickup will be from Peckham, London SE15. We will email you convenient dates and times, along with directions and a contact number. If you reserve a time and you can’t make it please notify us on the number provided, even if it’s last minute. If you fail to pickup your piece or schedule a pickup within 1 month after your purchase, you will receive an email warning and then your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Ceramic Policy

All products are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish, colour and size, these are not considered flaws, but part of the ceramic process. All listed dimensions are approximations. Sometimes, the piece you are sent will not be the exact piece shown on the website, but it will be a very similar looking one. All items are glazed, lead free and food safe unless otherwise stated. All pieces are fired to temperatures exceeding 1200C, making them suitable for everyday use. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended to hand-wash all ceramics to protect the surface and preserve longevity.
